Natalie Siebenaler
PARTNER
Natalie graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2011. After graduating, she started at ResortsandLodges.com, where she worked on a multitude of digital marketing projects. From there, she worked for two top digital agencies including NordicClick and BlueSpire Marketing, and on weekends worked for Altered Esthetics art gallery as the Communications and PR Director. Natalie then joined the KARE 11 team as a Digital Ad Operations Manager. At KARE, she managed all internal and external digital projects.
Natalie specializes in digital advertising, website management, UX, SEO, analytics, email, social media, content development and project management. Certifications Include: Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Google Ads Video, Google Ads Display & Google Ads Search.
Natalie was born and raised in Luck, Wisconsin, and moved to Minnesota in 2007. She currently lives in the Twin Cities with her husband Scott, daughter Kennedy and dog Margaret. Above all, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, fishing, and just being outdoors.
Michael Berg
PARTNER
Michael has over ten years of Marketing and Media experience. He graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2011, and started his professional career running his own painting company. From there, he went on to handle internal and external marketing for ResortsandLodges.com. Michael then joined the team at KARE 11, where he was a top performer in adding and retaining customers. As a result, was a President’s Circle Qualifier in 2016, and a President’s Circle Winner in 2017. All of his marketing plans are designed to lower customer acquisitions costs and deliver tracked results.
He was born in Oswego, New York, and has lived in Pennsylvania, Kansas, Iowa, and North Dakota before moving to the Twin Cities in 2010. He currently lives with his wife Kelsey and children William, Adeline and Henrik in the Twin Cities. Besides spending time with his family, Michael is a big sports fan and loves to play hockey, softball, and golf.
Cy Zaeske MBA
PARTNER
Cy moved to Minnesota in 2009 and completed his MBA in the full-time program at University St. Thomas. After completing his MBA, Cy spent the next three years as a Senior Account Executive and Director of Sales for a large online travel website based in MN.
In 2014, Cy was recruited to work as a Sr. Account Executive at NBC affiliate station KARE 11. With a client centric approach, Cy had consistently been a top performer at KARE 11 and in 2016 had been recognized by TEGNA as a top three performer in the entire country out of nearly 1,000 Account Executives. Cy has a proven track record of client retention and growth, was a Presidents’ Club winner in 2012, 2013, 2016, was the top AE in 2017 for digital accounts and in 2018 was the #1 Business Development AE for combined TV and digital.
Cy’s strengths lie in PPC, social media, broadcast television, website analytics and marketing strategy. He believes that using data and analytics to understand the customer journey is key to developing successful marketing campaigns.
Cy met his wife Kelsey in the MBA program at St. Thomas and they currently reside in the Twin Cities with their daughter Madison and their crazy Labrador Walter. Cy’s hobbies include fishing, hunting, gardening, and spending time with his family.
Lance Matthews
PARTNER
Lance graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2003. He started his professional career with Citysearch.com, then went on to work for their sister company Entertainment.com. Next, he worked at Reach Local, and AOL owned Patch.com as the Advertising Manager. Starting in 2012, he was the Director of Sales for ResortsandLodges.com, before becoming the Digital Sales Manager at KARE 11 for five years.
Lance has twenty years of marketing and media experience, including ten years of management experience. He specializes in creating digital marketing plans that deliver tracked results.
Lance and his wife Samantha live in the Twin Cities with their sons Jordan and Jaxen. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, golf, and spending time with his family.
Kristin Berg
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Kristin has a love for all things creative! She graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2014 specializing in Graphic Design Technology. After graduation she made the move to Denver Colorado, where she gained valuable experience at Clip Interactive designing and handling ad space design. From there she has achieved further graphic knowledge and image editing expertise working for Sandy Puc' Photography. Finally, Kristin has advanced her print and digital design skill set working for the graphic agency Twist Design Group.
Before the move to Colorado Kristin was born and raised in Grand Forks, North Dakota with her three brothers. In her free time you can find Kristin enjoying the breathtaking sights and outdoor activities offered in Colorado. She also loves live music and spending her time with friends and family.
Eliana Melody
DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
Eliana graduated from Evangel University in 2021 with a double major in Marketing and Business Management. After graduating, she was hired at Bethany Global University, where she worked as the Digital Media & Marketing Manager and oversaw the digital marketing efforts of the University.
She specializes in digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and project management. Certifications Include: Google Analytics, Content Marketing, Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, & Google Ads Video.
Eliana was born and raised in Minnesota and currently lives in the Twin Cities with her husband Andrew. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, hiking, baking, enjoying the many MN lakes, and traveling to new places.
